Shipping & returns


We ship all packages with PostNL. As soon as a package is sent by us, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code via PostNL so that you can track the shipment. In 95% of all cases, orders placed before 4:00 pm will be delivered to you the next business day (if in stock).

Right of return

Of course, as in all web stores, you have a right of return. Before you can return a product, it must first be registered with our customer service. So always first send an email with the complaint or reason for return to: [email protected]

As soon as a return shipment is accepted by us, the product will be credited and refunded or, in the event of a defect, checked and exchanged. We strive to handle all returns within 48 hours. In many cases we will contact you to discuss the best solution for you.


Warranty processing only concerns the products supplied to you, we take no responsibility for installation work. We will not compensate defects in the products that have been caused by incorrect or improper installation. If a product has to be exchanged within the warranty, you will have to bear the costs for dismantling and / or installation.
